- Manually (with a handle or a gear);
- With an actuator (electric, pneumatic, pneumohydraulic or electrohydraulic);
- Aboveground;
- Underground (as per GOST R 56001, it is allowed to have a stem extension in accordance with Customer’s requirements)
At dynamic sealing area
In a ball valve made from carbon or low-alloy steel, which might be used for transporting corrosive medium, dynamic sealing area may be cladded with corrosion-resistant materials meeting the requirements of the fluid medium.
At all areas contacting the fluid medium
Instead of a ball valve with a body made of stainless steel or nickel alloy, carbon and low-alloy steels may be used for manufacturing a ball valve that is cladded in the areas contacting the fluid medium with corrosion-resistant materials meeting the requirements of the fluid medium.
Maintenance-free seal
The valve stem gland has no less than three seals (lip or chevron type). The stem is mandatory equipped with a special maintenance-free seal that does not require the input of seal lubricant between the seals during design lifetime.
The input system is not required for lubricating the stem seal, but can be provided as per the Customer’s request.
Graphite seal
To increase fire resistance, all polymer seals of valves are duplicated with TEG seals that help maintaining the valve tightness during long-term thermal impact (for emergency cases).
