USVP announces that it is finishing assembling the advanced equipment for cryogenic and gas testing of pipeline valves.
Once assembly is completed, USVP will be able to test the products for comprehensive range of working fluids without contractors’ involvement and guarantee the thorough quality control of finished products.
The equipment comprises of two separate testing pits surrounded by safety barriers and includes baths for testing cryogenic valves at low temperatures (-196°C) and piping for supplying liquid nitrogen and various testing fluids (e.g., helium, nitrogen or their mixture) to the products tested.
This equipment is ideal for performing cryogenic tests of ball valves up to DN900 PN250 and pneumatic tests of ball valves up to DN1000 PN500 independently.
